Ordered the Salad Roll with Shrimp, Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls, and the House Special Pho (substituted the pho broth with the curry broth). Everything was delicious! The curry broth was rich and full of flavour. Went on a Wednesday for dinner and the apps were 2 off, which was such a bonus. Will definitely go back here again.

As a Vietnamese, this restaurant did a great job serving the traditional Bun Bo Hue. My friend ordered Pho Sate and she enjoyed it. The price could be a bit high for students, but considering the location and service, it's worth it. Overall, it's a pleasant experience.

One of my favourite restaurants. Always great food, good service, and very friendly atmosphere. Usually lots of seating available for groups, open late. Highly recommended.

Our favorite restaurant! The vietnamese subs have ruined all other subs for me, they are the most amazing blend of flavor, veggies, and proteins. The lemongrass tofu sub is my favorite. Also, as a vegetarian I love the amount of options here. I have brought numerous friends here, and we have always enjoyed our meals. Try them out, you will not be disappointed!

The best Vietnamese food. Love dropping by their restaurant but also ordering. Always consistent, great flavors and perfect portions. Highly recommend the 22BP grilled peanut meat & spring rolls with vermicelli!

We visited this place for the first time this week, looking for vegan options, and it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and they offer a vegetarian menu. The portions were generous—we couldn’t finish our meals and ended up taking some to go. They even treated us to complimentary green tea! Highly recommended!

Excellent food and service! I ordered via uber eats and the girls forgot to give the driver my bubble tea. They called me to take accountability and they went above and beyond to make sure they get my bubble tea delivered even if I told them it's all good and they didn't have to but they insisted. They literally went above and beyond and for that we will always order from this location now thanks so much for all your hard work and I hope you both get the recognition you deserve!

An absolutely amazing experience... we tried the power veggie pho and the spring rolls and dumplings as starters. Our hostess for the evening, Ariana, was so helpful in helping me choose the best of their extensive vegan menu. The service was excellent and super quick. Will definitely be coming back again! Amazing place for vegans and vegetarians (power veggie pho is a must try if you like thukpa!)
